Can't install pymagnitude because of the wheel

Using pip3 (or pip) install pymagnitude and getting the error:

                         ...

    Running setup.py install for pymagnitude ... done
Successfully installed pymagnitude

Didn't find any solutions anywhere, so I hope you can help me...

Since it seems like no maintainers work on the project, I created a simpler version of the project here https://github.com/davebulaval/magnitude-light.
However, it focuses only on a few embeddings.
