platform@5.0.23: decompress error

tried this command -> scoop install platform

ERROR 'platform' isn't installed correctly.
Removing older version (5.0.23).
'platform' was uninstalled.
Installing 'platform' (5.0.23) [64bit] from 'platformsh' bucket
Loading platform_5.0.23_windows_amd64.zip from cache
Checking hash of platform_5.0.23_windows_amd64.zip ... ok.
Extracting platform_5.0.23_windows_amd64.zip ... ERROR Exit code was -1073740791!

manually created the path C:\Users\xyz\.platformsh\bin and copied the platform.exe file from C:\Users\xyz\scoop\apps\platform\5.0.23 into it

seemed to have worked for now
