There's a bug with just dance now

It's been 2,5y since it started, but it's on the game just dance now.

The thig that happens is, with the just dance now in my normal email, [email protected], it simply does not work, but when I unnistal the google play games app or I change my acc it normally opens. Idk what happened or if it's even to put it here, but the ubisoft support said for me to search for the google play games support, cuz of this i'm here. Screenshot shows what happens. And the same thing happens with my brother. He's created a gplay games acc in the same time and if chooses another acc or unnistal it he can use it as normal.
