Allow to set external URLs for Apps

Hi,

I'm running Huntarr in a Docker environment with Radarr and Sonarr on the same virtual network.

I have configured Huntarr to access thoses apps directly in local with the hostname defined in Docker:

URL = "sonarr:8989"
URL = "radarr:7878"

This works great and the "test connection" is successful.

However, when clicking on a media in the "Hunt manager" panel, the page opens on the local address configured in the app.

In other services like Overseer, another parameters is available on applications configuration "External URL". This doesn't change le behaviour for the core service, but web clicking on media from the UI, I'm redirected on the exposed URL instead of the local URL.

Could adding a configuration like that by possible on Huntarr ?

Ya, this will be doable. I have to fix the linking first (only sonarr works correctly)
