Resume, forward and backward NOT working #1075

Description
Resume does not work it always goes back to the start of the movie happens on all my TV's ---- LG, Samsung and TCL android ... and it seems to be a known problem if you search the internet ... also forward and backward is NOT working ... please fix these issues fast ...
