feature request: spark sql support

[sqlreport]

• executing spark.sql against spark session configured by default
• [nice to have] supporting spark session configuration as part of %config option
• possible merge from https://github.com/cryeo/sparksql-magic/blob/master/sparksql_magic/sparksql.py for some of the functionalities
