Add notice to built terraform files that they should not be modified #21
Description
Use Case
We sync the entire file tree of our terraform modules into installation repos for visibility, but users might feel they can modify them when in truth any modification will be overwritten in future builds. We should just add a comment to explain this and prevent potential confusion.
