[Documentation] Add a "Why No UEK in OL Images" Note to FAQ #686
Description
Need a FAQ entry to explain why OL 8 and OL9 images generated through this project do not have Oracle's "Unbreakable" Enterprise Kernel installed – let alone set as the default.
