How to change scroll bar with ScrollControls

Hello,
I would like to hide the scrollbar if the user is not scrolling and show the scrollbar when scrolling starts.
I tried to give class to ScrollControls, but it didn't work. I added webkit to CSS, but the problem is that scrollbar doesn't disappear.
