my shader animation wont show

hi guys i recently learn about using shader in r3f from documentation in book of shader and r3f documentation i try to make this kinda goowy texture animation that will transition to other scene but it seems it didn't actually show the effect rather it keep scaling the material i been trying lots of new thing by fixing the noise the fragment of the object but it seems i lack the knowledge what i did wrong here can anyone give me a tips or explanation of how i can go around and fix this? thank you hope this code will help you guys
