Management: Cleanup/Plan for discussions

There are many discussions that are issue reports, bugs, questions (with no answers)

We need to decide how we want to manage them going forward.

We can:

1. leave dead discussions like a forum post
2. close old discussions (and with a bot after X activity) // My Preference
3. Delete old discussions besides questions with answers
4. Delete all old discussions

Timeframe:

No rush, this came up in the repo cleanup discussions
