[v11] Remove CSB as they dont support Node 22.

For storybook 10+ and many other reasons we need at least Node 22.

Codesandbox CI only officially supports node 18, however they actually support node 20.

I tried doing the same trick but it rejected.

CSB Blocking fails the PR tests and builds.

I vote we remove it

i never got what CSB ci was really doing, but @CodyJasonBennett may know more about it - maybe it was useful at some point before our ci was checking the build and everything?

from my view, we can get rid of it, since our own ci is enough i guess

CSB was only useful for preview builds of packages. We didn't fully utilize it to build examples against changesets.
