--transform or -T does not work

results to:

If you notice (I didn't, only much later) in the DEMO video he doesn't use "--transform".
Here is how I made it work:

// make sure you're using Node.js versions ^18.17.0, ^20.3.0, or >=21.0.0
// check your version
node -v

// for me, version 20.12.2 made gltfjsx work
nvm install 20

// once Node.js v20 is done installing, switch to it
nvm use 20

// NAVIGATE TO THE FOLDER WITH THE GLB MODEL
cd ./.../...

// installed jsdom-global
npm install jsdom-global

// installed gltfjsx
npm install gltfjsx

// after installing these two, convert the GLB
npx gltfjsx model.glb
