Transparency issue

I'm having issues with transparency when using a sphere/skybox. https://codesandbox.io/s/adoring-shirley-5vggq?file=/src/index.js. I'd like both the skybox and the image to support transparency, but it only renders correctly if I disable transparency in the skybox.

Has anyone run into this before? Maybe it's a threejs issue and nothing to do with rtf..
