SRT Support

srt is the format for subtitles. This is an example

a subtitle.

a subtitle - 2nd subtitle.

It would be great to be able to produce a srt file from the text. This is far better than having a speech recognition system try and covert the speech back into text, since we already have the original.

Ideally with a seperate library that enables srt files to be concatenated to make a larger srt file. That probably already exists.
