Description
🎯 Aim of the feature
The aim is to use prompt-tsx npm package to define prompts used in SPFx Toolkit GitHub Chat Participant and to improve prompts.
It will get us unblocked in many areas as it is clearer, it is easier to use history, provides using and defining tools and chunk and prioritization.
BUT I already tried that in the past and it seems it has some problems when same VS Code extension uses react.
BUT now I found this workaround we should definitely try out
microsoft/vscode-prompt-tsx#74
