95336b4: Fix inline raid poll sharing

Did i misunderstood it, that it is still not possible to share raids WITH picture via Share... button, only to the chan which is maintaiend in config.json?

Currently the inline sharing does not respect RAID_PICTURE - this should be fixed.

+1. This confused the hell out of me when testing raid pictures.

There are some issues that are out of our control with this.

  • If the poll gets longer than the caption's max char limit, the poll would stop refreshing.
  • I'm not 100% sure if it's possible to refresh the photo (i.e. from egg -> pokemon) in inline messages
