Publish to JSR

Making Polars Available On JSR

It would be cool to publish to the JSR registry. It does a number of things that npm can't do, such as having dark mode or auto-generating documentation.

Is this something you have considered?

I think we have 2 blockers according to the JSR docs:

1. JSR only allows files that are less than 4MB in size.
2. JSR only allows packages that are less than 20MB in size.

I don't think that is much of a problem. The docs at https://jsr.io/docs/quotas-and-limits#other-limits contain an email address you can contact to benefit from increased limits. Given that the people behind JSR are huge proponents of polars (example: https://deno.com/blog/exploring-art-with-typescript-and-jupyter), I would assume that they're happy to help you out.
