安全问题: jwt secret不应该写死公开

**Describe the bug**
写死的jwt secret token是个安全隐患

**To Reproduce**
just helm install

**Expected behavior**
secret should be private

**Environment**
- Version: k8s 1.32
- OS: debian 12

**Additional context**
A PR will just follow this issue
