Invalid TLDs

I noticed that your list includes domains with invalid TLDs. Could you please look into this?
E.g. "ai-centradecentralized[.]comm"

"phishing/all/all.json" records seems to have a dot at the end which is still valid but should be processed correctly. E.g. All current listing should be under xyz folder instead.

Also, you might want to consider processing the list to check if the domain is no longer registered/dead domain. E.g. using something like PyFunceble

We have merged a PR to fix some of those findings.

As to your other comments, let's keep the issue open so other contributors can see and create a fix.
