State the purpose or reason of the fork #286

Hi there,

I came across this project while looking to install NewPipe on my new phone and noticed it’s a fork.
I’d be interested to understand what motivated the fork and how it relates to the original project.

In open source, forks can happen for many good reasons - adding features not planned upstream, reviving inactive projects, or following a different development approach.
It’s also interesting to know how closely Tubular stays connected to NewPipe - from regular rebasing and upstream contributions to a fully independent direction.

Just to be clear: this is not about any OSS drama or gossip. Many forks exist for great reasons and with good relations to their origin.
It would just help to understand the pros and cons for users and what that means for future development.

Thanks for your work and for keeping open-source apps like this alive!
