Steps to reproduce the bug

Sometimes videos give this error. You have to restart the app, play other random videos and then maybe the error will go away.
I am reporting this as it happens about 10% of the time.

Expected behavior

Video play, or give me a button to "reload the page"

Video gives error.

I've had the same issue starting this week.

For me, if I tap open in browser, it will try to open in the browser then redirect back to the tubular. Seems to reload the steam and work for a while.

Hopefully this work-around functions until this gets fixed.

This problem is not about Tubular itself. Probably something changed in YouTube backend itself. We'll publish a new release after upstream NewPipe solve this problem. Until then the only thing you can do is just refreshing the app (or re-open the video)

Getting this error on the majority of videos I try to watch, currently.

Swiping-down a video down to the mini-player bar, closing it, then trying to play again usually works by the 4th to 5th attempt. Otherwise, go to the "All" feed in Subscriptions, then tap the arrow to refresh the feed, then try that video again.

Would it be easier to add a button to manually reload just that stream as a work around for now? Newpipe might have a solution that works with YouTube's update by that time, so idk.

It starts to happen on me as well weeks ago, its not much, i can simply retry again, but i cant open links at all, now even bulk download not working anymore :(
