Show last deployed date date for content

The Package Vulnerability Scanner currently just shows app titles, the type, the GUID, and the number of packages / vulnerabilities.

If last deployed date was also shown it would help determine if it is worth addressing the vulnerabilities.

Showing the last deployed date is very easy, but the last accessed date would require an additional API call per content item and this item is already hitting the Connect API quite a bit for the package data. I'm going to split out the last accessed date into another issue - breaking it out of the 2.0 group.
