Show last accessed date for content

The Package Vulnerability Scanner currently just shows app titles, the type, the GUID, the last deployed date, and the number of packages / vulnerabilities.

If last accessed date was also shown it would help determine if it is worth addressing the vulnerabilities.

This would require calling the GET /v1/instrumentation/content/hits API for each content item and grabbing the timestamp to see when the last time a user visited the content.

The Package Vulnerability Scanner already calls the packages API for each content item. Adding the hits API as well would make this a pretty heavy content item to run, more than it already is. Perhaps we would need to add pagination or something first.
