Messages on Held - Probable Network issue on docker

A lot of message on HELD, probable because of network issue.

Star with this type of logs en the Worker running.
ERROR Received -2 status code. That's not OK. component=worker thread=work0 webhook=4 webhook_request=3171
ERROR Received -1 status code. That's not OK. component=worker thread=work0 webhook=4 webhook_request=3172

And immediately we start receiving HARD FAIL of the following type

• 50-5.7.26 Unauthenticated email from
• Resolv::ResolvError: DNS resolv timeout: outlook.com
• 550 5.7.509 Access denied, sending domain

Is is with docker, but we only have the config on /opt/postal/config/postal.yml and the postal start.

Probable Network issue, with the docker network ls, i get this

How to address the network issue with docker, perphas with docker-compose docker-compose.override.yml additional to postal.yml? to address this network issue? or what else can we do? Or, what would be a solution to address this issue?

Have you tried changing the use_local_ns_for_domain_verification configuration value? That sometimes clears the problem although you will have to restart Postal to apply the configuration change.

Sorry for the late response, this fixed the problem with dns resolv, i was trying to look on docker directly and it was on this config.
