Request for Proposal: Full Configuration and Deployment of Postal 3.3.4 on VPS Server

On behalf of Perfecta Polska Technologies LTD, I kindly request a detailed offer for the full configuration and deployment of the Postal system (version 3.3.4) on our VPS server.

Scope of Work:
1. Verification and optimization of the Docker Compose configuration for Postal along with the MariaDB database, including ensuring the web server properly listens on 0.0.0.0:5000.
2. Configuration of the Nginx server as a reverse proxy with correct traffic forwarding to Postal and full SSL support using Let’s Encrypt certificates.
3. Generation and installation of SSL certificates for the domain postal.multimillionaireslottery.ng, including setup of automatic renewal.
4. Conducting functional testing of the system (web access, SMTP functionality, stability).
5. Preparation of basic documentation covering instructions for starting, restarting, and troubleshooting Postal containers and the Nginx server.

Technical Information:
• VPS server running Ubuntu 22.04 with root SSH access.
• Docker and Docker Compose are installed and up to date.
• The domain postal.multimillionaireslottery.ng is properly pointed to the server.
• Existing Docker containers for Postal (web, smtp, worker, mariadb) require proper configuration and integration.
• Email sending will be managed externally via a Mautic server.

Requirements:
• Proven experience configuring Postal Server in Docker environments.
• Knowledge of Nginx as a reverse proxy with SSL configuration.
• Ability to manage Let’s Encrypt certificates.
• Familiarity with MariaDB running in containerized setups.
