Are there any weekly scheduled tasks?

Hello, are there any weekly scheduled tasks? Our database gets heavy loaded and becomes unavailable on Monday mornings, and we have a huge message throughput on our Postal server, so we're trying to figure out what could be the problem.

Theres a whole bunch of stuff under https://github.com/postalserver/postal/tree/main/app/scheduled_tasks but I don't think anything is weekly specifically.

Is it possible mondays are busier than other days and there are more messages to expire on that day some time later?

We do have some big amount of emails being sent the day before, and that could be a reason. Which of those are executed once a day?

ProcessMessageRetentionScheduledTask and PruneSuppressionListsScheduledTask happen at 3am (possibly UTC, probably depends on your server time zone) and I can imagine the first one is the big one
