By "change based on the given map's values", do you mean the adjusted value should be a function of the beatmap value or that it should use the beatmap value directly? If you mean the latter, it's already supported by DA (leave the slider at its default setting). |

Posting on behalf of a friend. This feature is mainly to be able to configure some difficulty attributes while applying EZ/HR scaling on some as well. In that case, a separate mod wouldn't work well as we cannot allow both the proposed "Difficulty Scale" mod and DA mod to be selected together, even if they don't touch the same attribute. If this is to be added, it would be best to have it as part of DA itself to support the user's needs. The UI would simply consist of a toggle next to each slider, toggling the attribute between "overriding" and "scaling" mode. |

An example of what I mean is mods like HR/EZ/DT that scale the values based on the given map's values. Sometimes I like to set my AR and OD to a certain/static value but I'd like my CS to change based on the given map's values. I know you can do this manually every time you play a new map, but at a certain point it just gets tedious, especially if you're a player who likes to jump from map to map a lot. Btw I did look at other discussions to see if anybody else mentioned this and I didn't find anything. So if I missed one it must've been labeled differently.
