[core] Not effective when working with vee-validate

Hi, I'm using pinia-plugin-persistedstate together with vee-validate, but it fails and the persistence doesn't work.

I think the way variables are exposed by the vee validate composable are not parsed as proper "state" by pinia, and therefore ignored by the persistence plugin.

I will try to investigate a bit more and look for the root cause of this issue.
