CI pipeline errors for certain MATLAB versions

The following MATLAB versions lead to failing CI runs:

• R2024b (24.2.0.2863752 (R2024b) Update 5): Segmentation fault after preCICE: Close communication channels and Gateway: Destructor called
• R2023a and older: /__t/MATLAB/2023.1.999/x64/bin/glnxa64/MATLAB: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libpython3.12.so: undefined symbol: XML_SetReparseDeferralEnabled
