preCICE export does not work as expected when load balancing is done

Dynamic load balancing was introduced in #141. If load balancing is to be done, each rank defines the direct access bounding box of dimensions of the global macro domain. So from the perspective of preCICE, each rank of the Micro Manager accesses every coordinate of the macro participant. Only local data is read and written from the Micro Manager. The preCICE exported VTU files consist of local data from every rank, for each coordinate. This is a misrepresentation of the actual output.
