Set PIXI_ENVIRONMENT_NAME to temp:<list-of-specs> on pixi exec #3999

Problem description
This would make it easy to see that i'm in a pixi-exec environment (in starship) when running things like pixi exec -s polars -s faker -- fish.
Probably setting PS1 might also be nice
