Expose SolverCache #95

Hi,
It's me again with another request.
Once Resolvo has found a solution, I need to calculate the correct installation order. This involves constructing a directed graph and determining a sorted list of SCCs (as a simple toposort might fail due to potential circular dependencies between packages).
This is a trivial task, all I need is the access to the list of solvables, their dependencies, and the matching candidates (filtered then by those included in the solution). Most of this information is already present in the SolverCache maintained by the solver.
Could you consider exposing the SolverCache, assuming its API is public? Doing so would save me from duplicating the caching effort or recalculating the same information.
