Session 2- Adding accessibility options to a Form

Session overview

In session 1, you created a new survey and added some questions to your form.

In this session you will learn how to add accessibility features including sign language, Easy Read, Read aloud and voice recording accessibility options.

Learning outcomes

On completing this session, you should feel confident to;

  • Use the Form Behaviour menu to activate accessibility modes
  • Create an Easy Read version of your Form
  • Add a sign language to your Form
  • Choose a Read Aloud voice for your Form
  • Understand how the Voice Recording option works
  • Test the accessibility options
  • 'Publish' your Form to make your changes available to survey respondents.

{% hint style="info" %} The 'Training Survey' supports British Sign Language (BSL). You can offer whichever sign language you choose and even offer several different sign languages. {% endhint %}

You will need the following learning materials for this session.

When you add Easy Read images to your Form, these images are the ones to use.

I suggest you download these into a seperate folder on you computer before you start the session. The video will show you how to add the images to your Form.
