Possible issue with Custom Build Rules ?

The following flex-bison.lua is giving errors :-

and the same

Its balking at the following line in the .build files :-

    <MakeDir Directories="@(flexOutputs->'%(RootDir)%(Directory)')" />

I tried changing the > to a > but that did not help :-

    <MakeDir Directories="@(flexOutputs-&gt;'%(RootDir)%(Directory)')" />

I tried attaching the flex.targets file but GitHub did not like it so attached as a .txt file

looks like it does not like the extra double quotes in the buildoutputs

Is this an issue or a discussion? Not as familiar with the custom build rules.

Going to defer on this to someone more familiar with this part of Premake. I try to avoid custom build rules when I can.
