Premake Manager extension

premake manager (unofficial extension)
i have made a vscode extension to manage premake projects/ install premake5
#current features

• select premake5 version to install (latest or selected version)
• auto detect premake5.lua in root of workspace etc
• set default action
• commands for the above

now i would like some input on features people would like from this extension

(once the vscode extension has matured a bit i plan to make a version for vsstudio)

@nickclark2016 regarding branding, i added a notice in the readme specifically saying it is an unofficial extension and added direct link to the premake website. is this sufficient legaly speaking?

Wasn't able to install due to VS Code version, I'm on 1.9.2, which is not that old.

Any specific reason it can/does not work?

probably an issue with the min version not being set in package.json

@tritao i fixed the issues and added the extension to the extension store

there is a bug because of chokidar but has been fixed for next release

@tritao sneak peak of the workspace viewer:

for the moment it just parses a single premake5.lua file,
but the goal is that all the workspaces are declared in the premake5.lua and individual projects in projects folder by projectName.lua

and to then be able to click in the workspace viewer and be redirected to that file so you can edit it

actions can now be clicked to excute them might be handy for custom clean commands :)
