FlushInterval documentation #49

Description

@Artoria2e5

Current mfakto.ini says:

472 # GPU. To avoid busy waiting and wasted CPU cycles, mfakto schedules at most
473 # <FlushInterval> kernels. It has been observed that the CPU load starts to
474 # increase at FlushInterval=8 or greater.

Is it really "or greater"? I would instead imagine that a smaller FlushInterval is more CPU intensive, and a greater FI is closer to the =0 state.

PS: any suggestion on improving gui responsiveness on macOS is welcome!
