The minimal requirement for this would be to add a UI for providing a possibility to rotate a given avatar image for birthdays.
Sometimes when a user tries to add an avatar image with a weird format/ size the image is wrongly rotated at the end. To the user should be able to rotate an image.

Maybe also add a possibility to crop an image.
