Implement exclude option

We should add exclude option to our app.

It would work in a way that you can specify list of regexes.

For example if you would mentioned:

*/tag*

It should not visit these urls

only print links which are excluded from visit in debug mode

Yes, links which are excluded should be printed only in debug mode. But if we exclude something we should at least have 1 log which will write: "excluding 14 links"
