[Android] Disabling and enabling addon delays app execution

I noticed that disabling and re-enabling LeechBlockNG on Android (including uninstalling and reinstalling) will mean that the addon will no longer work (no timer is shown or blocking logic works) until midnight some days later.

This may just be coincidence with #531 but Linux Desktop was working fine (although I didn't run updates). Regardless, it should be easily reproducible.
