[REQUEST] Build Files on Releases Page (auto or uploaded)

Motivation

I always fail building the pdf/epub locally.

Details

It will be convenient if the Releases Page provides latest updated pdf/epub files. It could be build manually by maintainer/volunteer who successfully built locally, or using Continuous Deployment/heroku
