Can localtunnel be used alongside WAMP and virtual hosts?

I know little about ruby and absolutely nothing about python.
I have a php web app that I run locally through WAMP. I would like to test it through localtunnel. Is this possible? If so, are there any resources on this subject?

Also the web app is run on a virtual host through Apache. Does this affect localtunnel at all?
