JCL installation problem. #145. Problem not resolved

Telling me that I need to resort to a manual installation, with instructions as clear as mud does not help me, is giving me a headache now, and what was supposed to be a simple install is turning into a frustrating experience. I had to resort to creating a new ticket to resolve an issue that was not resolved at all.

Unable to install JCL. Tried via command line, after downloading from git, and following the instructions. Tried via Delphi 12 GetIT Package manager. Both resulted in the same error.

Tried the community version of Delphi, and the trial version. And I cannot compile WinBox for 86Box because of this problem with me being unable to install JCL.

Managed to compile it, and it keeps kicking out errors with missing HPP files.

Removing the files completely. Project does not work, and the maintainer has no interest in helping, after the abrupt way he closed the previous ticket.
