Description
User Story
As a user, I want to be able to convert amounts from one currency to another.

Assumptions
- There is a rate service online, or a table of conversions.
UI Details
Acceptance Criteria
- You can define an origin currency and a destination currency, and an amount, and get the amount in destination currency.
- The conversion will tag the time of the conversion, and the exchange rate used.
