Input validation: date range

I was able to manipulate a query to add `OR id:[* TO *]` to a facet filter by using this URL:

`/catalog?f[accessioned_latest_dttsi][]=[2024-12-20T00%3A00%3A00.000Z+TO+2025-01-01T23%3A59%3A59.000Z] OR id%3A[* TO *]`


We should probably prevent something like this, but I'm not sure how to do this without potentially breaking some "in the wild" usage.
