As a user, I would like to merge two folders together so I have a single folder containing all the items from both pre-merge folders.
Questions:

Should this be destructive? If so, which folder gets deleted?
If there are duplicates (items that appear in both folders), how is that handled?
How are the items in the merged folder ordered?
How is the privacy of the merged folder determined?
How is the name of the merged folder determined?
