This error happens because sonic depends on internal Go JSON APIs that changed in Go 1.21+. Use Go 1.20 or build nuclei with the Docker image instead: docker run --rm projectdiscovery/nuclei:latest -v /path/to/templates:/nuclei -t /nuclei -u https://target.com.
