Describe your feature request

To ease the process of passive scanning outside of CLI, we can expose an option to run nuclei in rest mode (similar to dast) which can be integrated in browser extension, burp or any other platform to easily make use of existing passive nuclei template scanning.

-pss, -passive-server enable passive server mode (live passive scanning)
-passive-templates only load http templates with base / root URL request
