According to the [docs](https://github.com/prometheus/exporter-toolkit/blob/c850f72fa5a1935659daf7ebe88277763bc8513b/docs/web-configuration.md?plain=1#L94) the `http_server_config` section is required, but it is not included in the [example](https://github.com/prometheus/exporter-toolkit/blob/c850f72fa5a1935659daf7ebe88277763bc8513b/docs/web-config.yml). Which way do you want to go with this?
