Bump ip and grunt-contrib-jasmine

Removes [ip](https://github.com/indutny/node-ip). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [grunt-contrib-jasmine](https://github.com/gruntjs/grunt-contrib-jasmine). These dependencies need to be updated together.
